Finished Fountain with Plantings

This is a finished view of an older post with the area around the fountain planted and mulched to finish off the area.  The perennials are still in need of warmer weather and will soon be far enough along to finish off the area.  The larger stones around the area are from the Bay of Fundy and were an addition at the homeowners request.  We love to incorporate something with value supplied by the client as it adds a dimension of additional involvement in the project.  An irregular sitting area at the base of the steps is under construction and sod, the immediate gratification of the landscape world, is on the way.
